Return & Shipping Policy

Overview

 

  • Look under the product description to know about the applicability of a product for return/exchange.
  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
 

  • To be eligible for a return or refund, you must do the following actions:
  1. mail us your complaint regarding the product at info@arkadle.com
  2. You also need to provide us with a video showing the damaged or incorrect product clearly,

Refunds

We offer a full refund or replacement of the product in the following conditions:

       

        1. The product is damaged.

        2. The product is  incorrect.

        3. Orders lack tracking information, are in transit, and are pending delivery.

            We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order has been delivered.

Once your complaint is received and inspected,  we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping 

  • We offer a standard free shipping on all our products for any order placed.
  • Currently the delivery time of our products is generally between 7-15 days.
  • Tracking information will be shared with you on your registered email id once your order is processed and shipped.
